Need Android wear app Developer for one project

Hey, So I would like two things to be done and both are part of this project. First, I need some help in fixing the bugs - it's about the smartwatch app - concept which i need to fix is as follows. we have 3 watches connected to the phone via Bluetooth ( we have phone android app as well ) it's communication between 3 watches . Second, google cloud push notification - so we want to get rid of this phone based communication and instead just a multiple watches are connected via wifi to cloud platform ( web based ) or android app ( app can be install in personal mobile phone ) so that we can resolve the bluetooth distance issue as everything is connected via wifi. SERIOUS NOTE : REPLY ME ONLY IF YOU CAN DEVELOP IT - DO NOT WASTE MY AS WELL AS YOUR TIME ALL THE CONVERSATION WILL BE VIA FREELANCER - HOW IT WILL WORK - ONCE YOU SUBMIT THE PROJECT APK - YOU SHOULD HAVE TESTED IT BEFORE SENDING ANY APK BECAUSE I CAN'T AFFORD WASTING A TIME IN TESTING MINOR MINOR THINGS. if you have committed to the project it's your responsibility to finish it or else no money will be shared. ( based on my experience ) if i share 4 features and you can do only 2 then sorry you will get money for only those 2 features in that case you have to change the milestone amount.
