Let me try to explain this in my own words so that you can correct me if I am wrong What you have proposed here is called a MULTI-VENDOR APPLICATION PLATFORM . The objective here is that each registered doctor is a seller ( A Vendor in the database ) and the buyers are the ones sending their picture for evaluation . So the basic flow goes like this 1) There are 2 types of users BUYERS AND SELLERS 2) The Sellers would be able to register and their would get their very own dashboard to manage their store within the platform , they can manage their inventory , sales , cost, orders, earnings e.t.c 3) The buyers on the other hand would be able to use the advanced search filters of the platform to find what they are looking for and most of their searches would be based on Geo-Location to find within a specific locality for faster delivery time 4) Every Seller here has their own profile page and it is subjected to RATINGS AND REVIEWS from Buyers , this helps future Buyers to make a better decision though the functional idea is somewhat clear to me , the logistics or the flow of the system still remains a bit fuzzy. Especially , the Database schema that will govern the user flow needs to be talked about. So to put it simply , I want to have a more clear understanding of the end goal.
