First step: - make only people with an academic or company email to sign up on the app - during the registration process, every user selects their technical skills - end of registration Output for me would be a database with every user email + the associated technical skillset. Second step: - allow users to post technical questions - or voice messages - on the app - only users with relevant skillset are contacted by the app by receiving a notification - once an 'expert' agrees on be connected with the person that asked a question, a voice call (with limited time) is set up between the two on the app - after the call, the person that asked the question rates the expertise of the person that helped.
