PhoneGap images to mp4 video plugin

I have an app with an animation playing on an HTML5 canvas, I want to be able to convert each frame into an image (possibly JPG) and then string those images together as frames for an mp4 video.
I do not want to connect to a server etc, it should work within an app without internet.
It is very easy to capture each frame of the canvas and save it as an image, this is not a problem. The main focus will be on stringing those images together as frames and saving them as an mp4 video.
A PhoneGap plugin does not exist for this, we would need to create our own plugin.
Please only bid if you have experience with PhoneGap and can create plugins and can successfully complete this project. I am not interested in seeing unrelated portfolios of WordPress websites etc etc. Please only bid if you are app/PhoneGap experienced.
