Plaid-Stripe Combo and user interface for saving spare change from purchases

I want an iOS app that allows users to round up their purchases to the nearest dollar and keep the spare change. As a developer, I know that the Plaid-Stripe combo (API) is being used in similar apps.
It would probably be a good idea to check this app out [login to view URL] to get the gist.
Pretty much the same concept. The plaid-stripe combo does most of the heavy lifting, and handles the back-end transaction of the users connecting their accounts, credit, or debit cards.
Basic functionality requirements: signup/login(logout), connect there cc/dc or bank account, and see how much has been saved. Also has ability to direct saved money to a cause or saving.
I would like quotes for Android and iOS builds.
So after reviewing many of the proposals I have seen. I am pivoting on some of the features needed in the initial version.
The plaid-stripe combo or other api's can still be used to allow the users spare change to be collected and saved. However here are the basic requirements now:
1. UI/UX that allows the user to signup/sign-in
2. Add credit card/debit card or bank account to the account
3. Allow them setup for the their purchases at (i.e. starbucks) to be rounded up to the nearest dollar ($3.56 = $4.00, and $0.44 is saved, and goes to FBO account)

4. Unlike the Roundup app in the link above, my app is for one cause.
-Users can also select a specific amount to donate once, or monthly
5. There is also a feature that allow the user to see how much they donated towards the cause.
6. There is also a feature that allows the user to receive communications from the cause saying thank you, and giving updates on the cause progress.
7. There will also be a feature that allows the user to save their spare change for themselves, and see how much they have saved (these funds will also go to a (fbo account). Withdrawals can be made once a minimum amount has been reached (i.e. $25.00 or for a fee if lower than amount).
8. Agile and iterative development are extremely important in the design and build strategy, because this app needs to be able have color schemes and logo changed out quickly if the cause re-brands, and still be redeployed with all features intact.
