PowerApps app

I need to create an app based in Microsoft PowerApps. The app is to be used by instructional advisors. There is a list of advisors and teachers (coachees). Each advisor can have several teachers associated with him, and each teacher can have several advisors. The advisor access the app with a username and password. Then he selects one of his associated teachers. Once he does, the different feedback meeting sessions related to that teacher should appear. Even those meetings between the teacher and some other advisors (remember that each teacher can have more than one advisor). When he clicks in a meeting session, he can access the notes of that feedback meeting, including the to-do tasks. The advisor can create a new session for that teacher. Once he does, the to-do tasks of the last session should appear (regardless of who was the advisor of that specific session). The idea is that teacher and advisor discuss the achievement of those tasks. If the teacher fulfilled those tasks, then those tasks receive a check mark. Those tasks that were not fulfilled must remain in the to-do tasks, for future follow up. The teacher and the advisor can add new to-do tasks. The pending tasks and the new tasks must be carried forward to the next meeting. They can also add notes, but those should not be carried forward to the next session. Only the tasks should. After they record a new meeting, a complete meeting summary should be sent to the teacher and each of his advisors by email.
