Program a Mobile 1 vs 1 game app

I need a freelancer that have experience with video game programming with Unity and or other platforms to produce a mobile video game app. Freelancers should have experience working with multiplayer games 1v1 (or 1 to 4 players), co op, in 2D/ and or 3D. Freelancer should be comfortable making touch screen games (with simultaneous multi touch feature) that utilize 2 players on screen via non server connection and should be familiar with different genres of game style like platform, space shooter, cards, rpg etc. If players are familiar with games like "Clash Royale", Hearthstone, that may help. NDA (non dislcosure agreement) is necessary when sharing the details of the game. )All codes, scripts, assets made by freelancers will be owned by employer. Credit will be given to freelancers as "Programmer." regardless of duration of work given. Though this project will be ongoing for months, I would also like a honest price quote, estimated budget and time frame of completion. I do not wish to work with a free lancer that desires to milk the hourly rate and prolong the project if they have it in their means to complete it sooner with quality. I am unable to pay a full month fixed rate but can do intermittent hourly pay here and there when the budget allows. (I have a family to feed too =) This work is meant for freelancers who don't mind working intermittent odd hours...or putting my game project on hold for weeks or even a month or so until funds can be received. I may hire other freelancers to work on other game features utilizing the same programming tools/language you have to expedite the process. This work may require freelancers to stop development indefinitely at employers discretion for any reason. In this scenario, all scripts codes, and work must given to employer. Credit will still be given to Freelancers. Any attempts to steal scripts, codes, and produce game outside of contract as your own will be met with legal repercussion and or God's judgement (joking...yet not joking..haha.) My game will be in 2D maybe with some 3d assets (tentative) My goal is to have the game completed within a reasonable time, with polish in order to put it on kick starter, add "Ads" for revenue on mobile platform, items shops and possibly continue paying freelancers with these funds to add more future features, continue with updates, to thoroughly complete the game if it is not finished. If the mobile game does well, a future goal is to transition it into a 4 player multiplayer game and also make the mobile version available on Steam Pc, consoles, etc. If the game becomes a hit, I dont mind giving you a Christmas bonus =)
