Programming ESP32 and Android App to control it

The ESP32 shall be used to switch a ball valve in accordance to programmed times. The ball valve is simply switched by activating a bi-stable relay and switching it back to close the ball valve again (via 2 IO pins of the ESP32). The ball valve activates a limit switch when completely switched (90°) so with 2 pairs of IOs these two limit switches shall be used to detect if the valve is properly (completely) switched. If it needs more than a given time (standard is 30 seconds, can be changed in the App in the settings menu) an error occurs and informs the user as soon as he connects to the valve the next time. The function for activating the switching functionality has to be stored in RTC Ram, so the ESP32 remains in deep sleep mode most of the time, as in future the valve including ESP32 should be operated on battery and therefore needs as less energy as possible (maybe 2-4 switchings a day, so most of the time only RTC and timer function that has stored the times for activation and activates switching routine, when time has come, is running). The Wi-Fi function shall be switched off completely at initialization as it isn't needed at all. Bluetooth is used to communicate with the App, so it is needed, but should also be in power save mode. The App (described in a separate documentation) is used to connect to the several ball valves and program the timer and read out errors and to switch them manually (override of the timer as long as the App is connected).
