React Native Consulting - looking for react-native pro with excellent communication skills

We, a small eLearning start-up with 4 developers on this project, are looking for someone to help us kick-start development of our Android and iOS React Native apps. And asap. Specifically, we'll need you to: a) help us make important decisions on environment, build tools, architecture and initial structural design (5-10 days full time in the beginning) and b) be available to support individual developers (~5-15 hours/week over 2 months), i.e. helping them get unstuck and progress quickly with their tasks We need someone who: 1. has outstanding verbal communications skills. Specifically: English language, instructional skills, listening/understanding other people's problems and perspectives and most importantly the ability to be honest about problems/good at telling hard truths. I will interview all suitable candidates by phone and filter based on this. 2. has experience setting up at least 2 react native projects (that involved both an Android and an iOS app) from scratch - i.e. reflecting on and making these important foundational decisions I outlined above. Bonus: if you have experience in designing for code sharing between React (web) and React Native, as a few months down the road, we'll be writing a web app based on the mobile app.
