Read URL Data, Create Notification, Parse in Swift iOS

Hello I would like to take this time to give you more details about my project. Firstly, unfortunately I only have a micro budget to work with due to intensive backend development, this developer failed to provide a full project. Budget is a Maximum £150. This project is an app which provides a user with upto date information in an efficient way. User side is on Firebase, backend is in Google Cloud. Using Firebase each user gets a UID, this UID is used to link each URL of data to each user. Our sample user is: "Bx7faf08A9fYJ7bZCNMUX9EzxYN2" So what needs to be done. I have a Google Cloud backend which produces a URL containing JSON data. The data contains 2 tables which both need to be reflected inside the app. Here is the URL Sample: [login to view URL] Inside table 1 'data' there is an object called 'notice' this must produce a Notification for the user based on the String inside this object. I have implemented Firebase Cloud Messaging in my app to produce Notifications so I assume it maybe possible to read in Firebase Functions, then produce a notification if the value of 'notice' changes? Table 1: Inside Firebase take the 'notice' object value. If it has a value create a Notification with that record. ie Date, Message. Send the user a notification with this data. The only result needed here is the ability to produce a Notification. Parse this 'data' table inside the app to be displayed in a table. I am thinking create variables so is easy to design. Result is table full of data. I am happy for you to take your own direction and possibly even use advanced options such as CDC to detect the changed data and produce a Notification from this. Table 2: Parse this table into a second table on the app. Again same output considered for design. I am happy to discuss details if you feel there is some information I have missed out which would help you. I am hoping for a very fast turnaround on this project, if possible 1-2 Days.
