Recipe/ Ingredient recording app

We would like a person to develop an app for use. Our app, Stor’d, records the ingredients in a person’s kitchen (ie bread, chicken, peas, ect) and uses this information to suggest recipes that can be made using these ingredients. These recipes, in theory, will be uploaded by members of the Stor’d community and will make up a larger database. However, so that we can have a functioning app, we will be including some recipes to be added to the program, so that our app can be functionable. There should also be an option on the app to choose recipes that are more exotic or complex, and the app will notify you of the ingredients missing from your kitchen. We will also be including a couple of these more advanced recipes. Our app needs to have a feature so that people can create and save their profiles and their “kitchens”. This feature will not only save their ingredients put will also save recipes they have used in the past. ANother feature we would like to have on the app is serving and weight conversions. For example, a recipe for grilled chicken breast for one serving may require 75g of meat, however, after choosing a recipe you should be able to adjust the number of servings you would like to make, and this should adjust the amount of ingredients you will need. We would like the design of out app to have a majority white theme (#FFFFFF) with accent colors of green (#0FB327) and red (#FF5715). We would also like our logo to be an orange, and for simple food images to be used within the design. We will be including screenshots of a mockup website that gives a general idea of what we are looking for. We want the design to be heavily intuitive, and for the colors to reflect the site function. For example, green will be used for instant recipes that can be made, and red will be used to show ingredients that need to be bought for the more difficult recipes. We have a deadline for November 15th. The main expectation we have for this app is for it to be functional by this point.
