Redesign and convert existing MVC website into PWA to make it suitable for Mobile device

This requirement is to redesign and convert existing cricket club MVC website into PWA to make it suitable for Mobile device. It must contain below basic features:- Live Scores Commentary Scorecard Highlights Match Facts News Photos Live Scoreboard when match is being played. The scorecard, commentary would be updated through the Mobile App (Functionality does not exist) Schedule: This will contain list of upcoming matches. Ranking: Position of player based on various parameters News: All club and team related news. Series: Will contain upcoming series. Scoring (Functionality does not exist): The App should have a functionality that the scorer can update the scorecard and commentary from the mobile app which would be seen in the website & App. New feature not limited to Social Media Integration, Push Notifications, Email & WhatsApp integrations etc are required to add.
