Simple Android app prototype development

I am looking for a skilled Android developer to develop a simple mobile application. ## Objective Permuto will be a mobile application that allows a user to easily view and refresh random samples of user-defined Elements. The purpose behind this application is to aid self-directed study by allowing the user to quickly and easily generate a random Circuit, or combination, of these Elements. The name "Permuto" derives from the word "permutation", meaning one of many possible variations. ## Features Users of Permuto will be able to: -- Define arbitrary population categories and members which are saved locally (e.g. exercise groups targeting certain functions or body parts and individual exercises) -- Define modifiers for sampled members (e.g. repetitions of an exercise) -- Define weight of population members to affect sample frequency -- Define whether or not sampled members must be unique. In other words, can sampled members repeat or not? (i.e. if sampling two items from the population [A, B, and C], is the sample [A, A] possible?) -- Define notification settings for automated samples (notifications that recur daily or weekly at particular times, etc) -- Save the circuit -- Temporarily exclude population members in order to sample the non-excluded population -- Temporarily lock sampled elements while allowing remaining samples to be refreshed -- Incorporation of in-app purchases "full app unlock" -- Ability to import CSV files -- Tutorial
