Simple LMS Mobile Application

We are looking for a simple learning mobile application with the following features: - Multiple choice question answers (MCQs) (take the quiz, check answers, check history of the questions attempted) - Login / Registration (with OTP) - Push notification - Notification board for the latest happenings about the exams We are looking for both iOS & Android so prefer someone who knows React Native. This is the first phase of the project the subsequent ones will have a more features so we are looking for someone really good with application development.
