Hello, Please find below our understanding: The flow of the mobile App will be as follow : 1. The first page is login where user will login. Login is mandatory to use app. There are 3 user types – Seller, Customer & Admin. Only seller user type will be able to login in mobile App. 2. After Login he will get 3 options – Add New Sale, View Sales History and About. 1. Add New Sales : 1. This option will create a new invoice. The seller can add transactions in an invoice by “Start Scan” button. It will be done by simple scanning a barcode. 2. He can delete the transaction as well. He can cancel the invoice as well. The cancel will remove all the added transactions and no invoice will be generated. 3. Once he saves the invoice after adding transactions, the invoice will be generated and will be added to “Sales History” under Current Day & Date. 2. Sales History : 1. It will display the list of previously generate all the invoices along with Total Rs. of Sales. The invoices will grouped by “Date” 2. The seller can open an invoice and view the transaction details. 3. Export – It will generate .zip containing all the invoices in excel format and sent to email Id entered by the user. This process will done from server side as generating excels from mobile is not possible. We have developed an Arabic App as well as Mall App (that scans the Barcode of a product & adds price to the cart) previously so it's an added point. We can discuss in detail. Regards.
