Smart Reminder App for Contacts - Flutter

I would like an iPhone app that reminds me to communicate with selected contacts.
The app would allow me to schedule a reminder to call, text or email the specified contact(s).
The Reminder schedules should be configurable allowing me to define the type (call, text, email) and frequency of communication (days/weeks/months) depending on the contact.
Examples:
-Text [ContactName] if a text or call has not been sent or received in 3 days.
-Text [ContactName] every 3 days.
-Call [ContactName] twice a month.
-Email [ContactName] every Friday.
IMPORTANT: the app needs to be smart and know if a call or text was sent or received and mute unnecessarily reminders.
the app should allow me to choose how a reminder should appear on the phone (receive via sms/text or App Notification).
The app should allow me to configure what time of the day the reminder should be sent to me.
