Softphone integration with CRM

Experience Level: Expert Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks We have SuiteCRM that should integrate with any opensource softphone such linphone or ozekie or [login to view URL] and do following correctly : 1. When softphone gets a call it should make an API call to CRM (we will provide search API) and the results should be shown back in softphone or as custom pop-up, it will display caller name based on the number from CRM response. 2. We will make the number as HTML field so we can make it clickable but the softphone should be able to recognize the click and initiate an outgoing call 3. Call logs from softphone to be pushed to provided API. We are fine with any softphone like OZekie or microsip or linphone etc., but the UI and branding should be changed too.
