Speech Recognition AngularJS - Record, Replay and Compare function

We are currently redeveloping our online English teaching system. We would like the successful bidder the write the codes in AngularJS for the Speech Recognition part. Developer must liaise with our team to understand the full extend of what is required and where the AngularJS will be used. System must be able to: - Record the learner's voice - Replay the recorded voice - Compare it with the existing words or sentences - Have graphical and percentage comparison result (live graphic result should show the actual stress level and pitch of the recording) - write down with great accuracy what has been recorded so learner can see what they recorded - Must be able to store multiple recording to play for later replay (this will be used in the roleplay section) - Must be compatible with all the browsers as well as tablets and mobiles If you already done similar projects, please provide us the online samples so we can see how they are used and implemented.
