Write an Android application

Hi, We are looking for an android and ios web developer or a team who can code a project for us, This project is a Music Player and Downloader app in which users can Surf Websites through a webview page + download music files and play music This application have 3 parts 1) Surfing websites (simple webview page) 2) Download mp3, mp4 files (user cannot share these files with anyone else) - Download Manager 3) Music player - player can play files in the phone - play all downloaded files - sort files by artists, album, name, genre, date - Can play Downloaded Video files too - Good Designs This application will not be connected to any of our servers - user will just create an account and then everything will be saved in his/her phone nothing on our servers only their details. Once they logged in they don't have to login again. We have a strict budget of $1500 for apps on android and ios both platforms Please only good developers we want do not post bid if you don't understand the project
