Write an iPhone application Swift. Camera

This is a Swift 3 project and one of many parts. We have a mobile app concept similar to snapchat. Right now we only need the following developed. Other parts to come later. A user clicks on the Camera icon. They will only have the option of taking a video, no photos. They can take up to 30 seconds of video with a minimum of 5 seconds. Once they create the video, they have the following options. Add filters We will provide the filters and stickers from our library. If a user adds a video layer, the layer will loop on top of the user created video. The video layers will have tranparency so it looks seamless. If a user selects a ticker, they will have the ability to place the sticker anywhere on the user generated video and they have the following options Scale the sticker to any size. place the sticker anywhere on the video. The next option is adding text. Again, this is just like snap chat, they can add a line of text and place it anywhere on their video The next option is adding hashtags. Users will have the ability to add hashtags to their video Add GPS. Depending on the user's location, they also have the option of adding a location marker.
