prefer yii-bootstrap3 /codeigniter framework and backend may be anything mysql/sql server .

I have been developing with Yii for the past 2 years and absolutely love it. I have integrated Yii with the Zoho CRM using their API, so am very familiar with how CRMs actually work and function.
