Change Oracle SQL query syntax to Teradata's 13 syntax

I'm looking for someone that can change the syntax of an Oracle SQL query to Teradata SQL (query attached) The work will be paid fully if the query runs correctly in Teradata (I will attach the screen as an evidence if it's not running). Please don't submit any solutions without having accepted the job previously because I will not read them.
