Design of Game using Unreal and GUI using Qt

Hello,

I am looking to develop for a project of mine the following:

a. A 3D Scenario Editor built on Unreal Engine (Models, Textures and Animation done using Blender and Unreal, These data will be provided)

b. Front end GUI on Qt

c. Database - MySQL

d. Image Acquisition and Processing - Based on OPENCV
