GTA 5 - Grand Theft Auto V Scripting/coding/jobs/server

I'm trying to start a Grand Theft Auto 5, Rage Multiplayer 300+ Slots server. I have my own dedicated server. You may work on your own server and let me join this server untill the job is completed. If you have any better suggestions regarding me being updated on your work, please go a head. I am looking for serious and dedicated programmer(s) that know their way within C# .js and/or the other program languages that belongs to Rage Multiplayer GTA 5 Server. I only want serious offers. I don't care what language you use within the GTA 5 Rage Multiplayer scripting programs. My dedicated server are preconfigured with windows. It also have Xamp with MYSQL etc already installed. All you have to do is to login throug either FTP, teamviewer or whatever you want, and start working. You have to make a server from scratch with the requirements and server futures below. Everything tagged with "(Futured)" are not to be installed or worked on. I want the essentials first. (Futured) futures are to be discussed on a later date. I understand that this job is impossible to do within a strict timeframe. So, do each section at your own paste. et. Talk to people on your phone. Realistic Government System Become a city mayor. Law Enforcement / First Responder Become a police officer. LSPD. Become a SWAT. SWAT. Become a firefigher. Become a EMT/Paramedic. Become a dispatcher. Become a body guard. Jobs Mechanics job. Postman. Fisherman. Delivery truck. Store keeper/employment. (Futured) Farmer. (Futured) Apple/orange picker and delivery. (Futured) Taxi. Uber (Futured) Garbage truck collector. Server Enviorment Be able to take/purchase the drivers lisence. Server Rules UI/window/command. (Futured) Character creation UI/window. Ingame /help commands and tutorials. Be able to rob stores, homes, banks and players, with limitations. Specific vehicle spawns/respawns all over the city. A spot where players can spawn in their cars. Either in their own garage or at public spawning point. Players should abe able to purchase cars and vehicles. Players should be able to purchase drinks, food and medkits at stores. There should be stores across the city. A player should be able to refuel their cars. Gas stations across the city. Gun stores across the city. Firedepartment Should have random events across the city. Different channel options for Police, Medics and firedepartment. Emergency channel should be available for all the departments to see, in case of need of backup from other departments (maybe firedeparments needs police to block road. They call it in at emergency channel). There should be a couple of bars. There must be new player introduction area, tutorial and spawn point with vehicles available nearby. This area should be the place where they find their first job as well. Work blips, waypoints etc is a must for each jobs. Jobs, like Truck delivery or postman must be funtional with salary, "quests" and waypoints. Each job must have salary. Phone System Be able to have a phone with UI and phonenumbers. Add friends as your contacts. Talk to them via the VOIP (Futured) or text them on your SMS. Request services including 911, 311, taxi companies, and more. Be able to send your location to other players. (Futured) Inventory System Access to inventory through a keybind and a UI. Ability to store items within a building or vehicle. Crime System Ability to rob other players. Ability to break into and burglarize buildings. Shoplift/robbing business owners during busniness hours. Be able to create gangs. Property System Be able to rent or buy a home from the government (server with fixed prices and rents).
