Liferay developer

I am looking for a Liferay developer with the knowledge of the custom forms and Service Builder. Here is the requirement. It is for a non-profit organization. We need to build 6/7 custom forms based off of custom tables in the MySql DB. 1) Create a Member form with standard contact details. 2) Create a event form. In this form we need to register the existing member. Basically, look up the already registered member by phone or lastname. When found, populate name, phone etc. details. User fills in other required fields. 3) Several other simple forms also with the above look up functionality.
