.Net MVC application with MySQL database and windows authentication

The project is to develop a functional sample application to demonstrate the configuration and programming required for connecting a .Net MVC application with a MySQL database, by following these rules: 1) The application must be created in .Net MVC 5, previous MVC versions are not allowed. 2) The application must be deployed to an IIS in a Windows Server. 3) The MySQL database must be hosted in a Linux OS. 4) The application must use Entity Framework (database first) to connect to MySQL database. 5) The application must use Windows Authentication so the users can use their Active Directory accounts to login into the application. 6) The default functionality of auto-login windows users must be preserved, however there must be a setting in the application config file so the administrator can choose whether to disable auto-login and force the prompt for credentials. 7) Regardless of how the user is logged (automatically or by providing credentials), the users must be able to log off and use a different account to log in. 8) The MySQL database must support AD groups and/or AD users (groups preferably) so you can assign database permissions to them. 9) Queries and commands executed from the MVC application to read/write or trigger actions in MySQL database must run with the credentials of the logged user (Windows Authentication). Notes: * If rules 8 and 9 are too difficult for you then propose another approach to avoid using the same DB User for all Windows Users, also having one DB user for each Windows User isn't a feasible solution. * Keep it simple, use one or two db tables, remember that this is just a demo. * Since this is a demo, it will be preferred if you use Visual Studio 2015 Community version to develop the application. These are the expected milestones: 1) Setup the environment (MySQL, connectors, plugins, DLLs, etc.) and develop the application. 2) Explain and show in a live demo all the steps you followed (settings, code, etc). You will have access to the following Virtual Machines: * Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials to deploy the application. * CentOS to host the MySQL database. If you have any doubt please ask, do not proceed by guessing, you must understand the requirement completely before start, don't underestimate little details.
