Parents Teacher Meeting App for Android and iPhone

Note: This app's design and functionality is to be copied from another app available on play store. 50% of total budget will be given after the app go live on play store. Remaining 50% amount will be released after one month of the app go live and solving all the errors which will come during one month. Nothing will be given in advance. So please don't ask me anything in advance. We are looking for an application which will make a bridge between parents and teachers. Parents can take a feedback from the school/college/institution of their children without going there personally. This app should maintain a communication in the database between the students, parents and teachers of their school/college/institution. If children are going to their school/college/institution in the knowledge of their parents but not going there actually then this app will give an attendance of their children online. Parents/Teachers could talk to the teachers through video call/chat from of cost. There will an admin panel of the app from where we can add of block any user. There will be 3 kind of users in the app. 1. Parents 2. Teachers 3. Students 4. Institution Management In the app there should be an option of Complaints where Students, Teachers, Parents or Management Can complain about any of the activities by any of the member. Like if parents are concerned about any activities of their child then he/she can raise that issue infront of their teacher. Like if students are concerned about any wrong activities of their teacher or management then he/she can raise that issue infront of their parents or higher authorities or government officials of education department or security agencies. There should be an option to sign up using facebook, twitter, gmail and truecaller.
