Dynamic website with CMS and online hall booking, email notifications and online/mobile approval - repost

PLEASE READ follwing description carefully before bidding, any misunderstanding may cost you payment and time to us. Dynamic website needs to be created in two weeks (time is firm, do not bid if you can not finish in two weeks including testing) with either joomla or wordpress which includes member registration and login with complete CMS update capability for website update and document download links. One more important feature is online hall booking calendar. There are different rooms(about five) in this hall which needs to be seperated for booking. Once booking request is made it needs to send email notifications to authorised personal and should include mobile compatibility for approval/rejection and return email notification etc. Please include support for minor changes within first 6 months. Hope you get the idea. Feel free to ask any question before bidding. Consideration will be made on quality, price and time in that order. Also upload a confidential proposed design sample(.jpg) for home page with your bid. Like I said before feel free to ask questions, your questions and/or proposed design will prove your capability. Payment terms: 10% at CMS and design presentation on staging server, 40% when complete demo with all working features uploaded on hosting provider, 50% one week after upload and requested support.
