Word Document Creator

A simple web application to build a Word document by combining a template with content blocks based on user selection in several screens. The user makes selections in a wizard-style web interface. These run a query to select a bunch of statements that users may/may not want to include in the final Word document. Users make their selection of statements, the system generates the Word document by inserting the statements into a template document, and then the user downloads the document. This should be pretty simple to create. We will have a full written specification, clickable prototype, Excel sheets & code that mimics the tables and selection process, and test cases to confirm that it works. There is a very simple database behind the scenes (~5 tables). In addition to the front-end we require a less polished interface to edit the info in the tables to add new selections, change wording and add new statements.
