Hiring a Node.js + [login to view URL] to build a API checking software with features with long term project availability

The concept is simple:

- User downloads software (electron application)

- User logs into the electron app (via my website's API)

- The electron app loads the user's details into the application.

- User selects some checkboxes, uploads a txt file with words, and based on these check boxes my API is queried in a long loop until exhausted or stop is pressed.

There will be some more detailed discussed, but this is the general concept of the requested project.

$150 budget to start, will have a lot more work after this is completed.
