Play audio file when get request made on rasp pi

yea sure, give me a few hours and ill write a python program to play audio over get requests and even make a control page from where you can adjust or change ports and also be able to change and add new audio files, to be played

hi we have very excellent experience in raspberry pi and coding on it so we can do what you need to catch request on port 3100 and play the sound if ok we can provide a demo as proof of concept before accepting bid

I propose using a recent version of Raspbian Lite for the SD card image. I have a Raspberry Pi model 3 to test and develop with. I have used SystemD for automatic program startup on boot previously. There are probably other options also. I have worked with audio on Raspberry Pi on projects in the past - with ALSA, OSS and OpenAL. (In this case, handling audio may be as simple as using `aplay`). PLEASE NOTE: I may need to adjust my bid slightly based on further details you provide. In the meantime, please regard this bid as (at least somewhat) PROVISIONAL. I am based in Ireland.

Hello! In my opinion, you don't need a image. You can use official image. I will create a package, which you will install and that is all. I can use use JavaScript (Node.js) or Go language, but also possible to choose another language. For playing audio I suggest using omxplayer. Thank you for attention!

I have done lot of custom application and customization on Raspberry Pi. I can do it for you on your raspberry pi. I will be creating custom code to listed on port 3100 or any port. After boot sequence is complete the raspberry pi will auto start the application and respond to a web request by playing specific sounds. You can have specific URLs to play specific sounds. This can be fully customized and unlimited sound files can be added later. I have already done few Raspberry Pi projects on freelancer and you can check my experience on it.
