React component published on NPM

I'm looking for a react developer that realize a public/open source component, published on npm too.

The component need to connect to Google drive (Maybe prepared to accept other value like oneDrive,OwnCloud,DropBox), and sync a file. To sync i mean that have to check the last modified date, compare with a date passed by props and if is before the date passed in props it have to upload it. In other case it must downloaded.

So the component must be like:

The concept is to keep synched a file that i pass in the props. If file are synched i have no push/pull button otherwhise i have it and when i push it i have 2 different callback and function. the push will sync the file from the props, the pull will download the file from drive and usually i have to put it then in the props.
