MacOS GUI for Creating Electron (Atom.io) Apps

This will be a very basic prototype for a Mac SSB (i.e. a fluidapp clone) powered by electron, as opposed to safari/webkit. If you are not familiar with the concept, fluid is a mac utility that lets you create a "desktop app" out of any website or web application. In this case, electron will serve as the wrapper, effectively turning any website into a standalone app. To keep things simple I would like to get started with MacOS only (although Electron is cross-platform) Nothing fancy on this first iteration, the GUI will have the following input fields: - URL: Web address of the website - Name: Desired name for the app - Icon: 2 radio buttons, "Use Site Icon" & "Select Icon" (opens the file picker) - Button: "Create App" For now we'll skip the option to allow the user to select a location (for the app in the file system) other than set a default, which will be a subfolder within the Applications folder: say 'Applications/Electron Apps' There are NPM packages that do this already, but none has a GUI. A good example is nativefier ([login to view URL]) or electron-wrapper ([login to view URL]). Ideally, the tool itself would be built using electron as there are all sorts of open-source tools and packages that do the heavy lifting for all the foreseeable requirements. Plus I do intend to evolve this project quickly, and electron would best fit that goal. But I'm open to working with someone that's more experienced in building more traditional Mac apps. The ideal candidate would know both. Maybe someone experienced in building Mac apps that's also excited about building for the desktop using web technologies. Such dev would be a great prospect to continue moving this project forward. I expect this first prototype built in not more that 24 hrs. I'm not the type to pressure you unnecessarily, but I've kept the specs for this first iteration to the bare minimum with that goal in mind.
