ODOO community deployment and implementation on my hosting

1- Install odoo to my hosting on [login to view URL] - On [login to view URL] only – as I have another website up and running on the same hosting and I don’t want any damage in it. 2- Install the free theme of odoo enterprise to my odoo community. 3- Install all the free modules to my odoo community including : crm – sales – invoicing – inventory – calendar – documents – email marketing - ….etc 4- Apply all the process of sales and purchase we agreed in video: adding new customer to crm – crm activities (call – meeting …etc – then quotation then if quotation accepted we will receive PO from the customer and upload to documents then will issue order recipt PDF and the issue proforma invoice then issue sales final invoice to the customer. 5- If available free HR module will be good to include it. 6- In invoices we must add a new field “CUSTOMER VAT ID Number) and will be mandatory field to appear in PDF second line below the customer name. 7- Email marketing automated according to our instructions in the campaign. 8- Email marketing/newsletter templates must be made. 9- Pdf templates will be as attached. (attached sample of quotation and invoice ) A- In invoices we must add a field below the customer name :”Customer VAT ID:” and mandatory. B- In invoices we must add “terms of sales” field to add our sales terms C- In quotation creation form we must add field for terms and conditions” below the products to add all our all quote conditions. D- In quotation : we need to add item number as a serial number for items quoted like below : E- We don’t want to show any discount field in our quotation pdf. Or invoice. F- TAX must be shown as “ VAT “ and the 3 vat options we need : 0% , % and 14%
