converting scan to text using OCR

I have 10 .pdf’s files that are scanned camera related instruction manuals on google my drive that I can share the links with the person who wins the project. I need the first page describing the product in the instruction manual to be converted using OCR in to text. The job is to look at the .pdf file and choose a page from the scanned manual to be converted to text. Here is a link to one example. All 10 results must listed one below another in a .csv file in alphabetical order. The purpose of the exercise is to have the product description of the manual in text to be used online as key words in the product description.
