Hello. I can do this for you. I have a lot of experience in electronics and I know very well atmega chips. I supose you are using atmega328 or atmega32. Am I right? I will use Altium Designer and I will provide all the files, including a full 3D of the pcb. I have one question regarding the dimensions. Please tell me if I'm wrong. The 8.2mm dimension refers to the maximum height of the pcb, right? Please give me more details about your project. For more samples of my work, please ask.

Hello, What did you mean by 8mm height? Is that total allowable height? Also, I assume you mean an arduino processor directly built in to the board. If the Uno is OK, you can obtain that MCU pre-loaded with Arduino firmware from the arduino site very reasonable. What kid of power will you require? USB interface? Battery? Hello! :) I guess it will be an easy job to fit an Arduino, the programming adapter and the sensor on a PCB in an area of size you have mentioned. How will the PCB be powered?
