84045 Operation Smartsearch

We purchased the smartsearch search engine and need to ad some modifications to start with to bring it up to a professional level. 1.)We need the database system converted to mysql from flatfile. 2.)We want to beable to intergrate partners search listings via xml and for those listings to be view as our own. ex. if we have some on our engine bid .01 for a posistion and somone on our partner engine bids .02 then the listing fromt he partner should be ranked the highest. When this is programmed it should be programmed with being able to easily ad more xml results in the future for expasion. 3.)We need to have our cc processor intergrated which is skipjack and most of that has already be written so it wont take much more work. 4.)We would also like for the first listing to be listed under featured site witht he listing in bold and then have the the rest of the listings to be listed under Search Results. ex. Featured Site should be fancy or changeable 1. site listing in bold Search Results 2 .in bold [login to view URL] bold also the catch all listings should be listed at the bottom of the page after the results say if we list 20 per page then after the last result it should say Broad search and list the catchall reults.
