Create a colorful cartoon/painting canvas design

I have photos I need to be changed into colorful abstract looking paintings. They need to be changed into custom photo art like the examples below. I want these photos to be changed into colorful look alikes. (you will understand what I mean by the examples below) I am looking for 1 example to see if the partnership will work and then I would like to continue with 10-20 designs. I would love to have a long term relationship with whoever can get the job done correctly and for the right price.
