EXPERT PSD + (HTML AND CSS) ON BOOTSTRAP (MOBILE RESPONSIVE) DESIGNER NEEDED

IF YOU DO NOT CODE HTML + CSS, DO NOT BOTHER READING FURTHER We are currently developing a platform for Cash Exchange Transfer that must be mobile responsive. We need the services of an expert UIUX designer to give us a very beautiful designs of Home Page and other inner pages of the Mobile App platform. 1. The freelancer must be able to write clean codes and create the HTML environment for Integrating Google GPS Mapping Service and Integration of Payment API on the platform. 2. The designer would be required to work with Wireframes with their own creativity and deliver clean HTML and CSS to us. 3. The number of pages to design for UI/UX should be about 8-10 pages. The wireframes are available. 4. Shortlisted Persons, will create a sample Home Page PSD sample before and will be part of payment after contract is awarded. 5. The person must write very clean codes. 6. The person must be willing to sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before we share our wireframes and project documentation. 7. Upon agreement on terms, we shall sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the project to protect both parties before Upwork hiring. Thanks.
