I am looking for someone to build a easy 2 page website. An example

I want the website to have a smoking/cigarette theme. I do not have

any pictures.

I would like to have my domain name on the top. My domain name

I do have the copywriting that I want on the home page.

On the "link" tab- to go to a new page with recommended list of websites

The order tab to go to my paypal order page.

On the contact us, all I want is a new email to come up.

I have frontpage 98 and ftp software.
