Astrology website(repost)

I am reposting this project and would only like to work with programmers who have some experience in astrological software. You can quote portions of it if you like but the project is needed as soon as possible.

I have a working website [[url removed, login to view]][1] at present. I would like to add the following to it:

1- Member's database to collent all their information and email.

2- Ability to email my newsletter to them directly from my site similar to mynewsletterbuilder.com.

3- Develop an astrology charting program using Swiss Ephemeris and ACS atlas to print out chart onscreen and interact with a report writing program.

4- Develop databases for five different reports: Natal indepth personal analysis, a 12 month forecast program, children's report, compatibility report and Solar Life report.

5- Add eCommerce to the site with shopping cart.

6- Develop databases for my articles with admin through browser.

7- Design the interphase of the website to look trendy yet appealing to the public.

8- I have a charting program on my site. I would like to have a small java program to give visitors one page onscreen printout, then if they go through eCommerce, the rfull report can be emailed to them.

9- Otmization of my site.

10- Maintenance and edits for three months. I will post a separate bid for maintenance on an ongoing basis

I am enclosing another quote form which describes some of the steps I need.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

This is a repost of my original bid request. The coder had some personal problems and had to take extended leave from what I understand.

I would like to start the database portion as soon as possible and connecting it with the astronmy routines. You can bid on portions of it if you like although I would prefer the whole project to one team.

## Platform

Windows based php or asp or .net. I am also looking for Mac programmers to take the astrology onscreen program and convert it for Mac OS X.
