Directory Web Site

This will be a directory web site were people will go to find a business listing searchable by location and [login to view URL] will be able to upload listings, logos, etc. under a selectable location and category. It needs paypal integration before they upload. It will have classified ads, were users can list under category and location. I will need banner ad management. All of these should have a Admin for me were I can make changes and see data. Affiliates and Google ads will need integrated. I want users online to be listed at the upper right of the site. I will want info pulled from some other sites and posted into mine, like a RSS, but will be mainly stories and alerts. Listings are the main part of this site, it needs to be very professional and it will need more than I can describe here. A CODER should place a bid on the best guess, but also contact me for more info. I know exactly how I want the site to look and function. I have some HTML experiance, but no PHP or ASP, so I will want the site loaded onto the server and tested. I want all the components/modules to this site. The graphics are another important part and may be given as a seperate job, let me know if this is the case with you. I know there are some existing scripts that do allot of this already, but none do exactly what I want and do not integrate all the other items. The name of the site will not be released until it is uploaded. I will want it uploaded and tested. This can be Linux or Windows Server. I will have other simular projects just like this, if the coder for this is good, he/she will get the other jobs as well. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
