[url removed, login to view] . • Some extra features will be added like : o Announcements. o Discussion Forum (Internal). o Documents (internal ). o Events. o Image Gallery. o News Feeds (RSS). o News Letters(internal + External ). o Search (internal). o Survey (internal + External ). o CV builder (internal + External ). • Migrating contents is OUT of the scope. • Creating the sections and site map is IN the scope, that will be done with coordination of the webmaster (main contact person from DAR AL Riyadh). • Creating the skin/design/graphics for the site template is IN the scope. • Training the webmaster for using/maintaining/monitoring the site is IN the scope. • Providing the Complete source code is IN the scope. *excluding any third party application/component that will be purchased by DAR AL Riyadh after agreement of both parties. • Choosing a host company and hosting plan by the vendor is IN the scope. • Paying for hosting will done by DAR AL Riyadh. • Monitoring and guarantee “site is working smoothly?? for 1 month after go live is IN the scope. 02. Technology • Preferred Technology is Microsoft ASP .Net (C# preferred). • Preferred Tools is any readymade open source CMS. • Preferred CMS is DotNetNuke 4.8+. * vendor can suggest other.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
