Forms Authentication with SQL

I have a 'Customer Login' box on every page on my site. The box resembled the following:

Username: TEXTBOX

Password: TEXTBOX

Remember Password? CHECKBOX

Link: Forgot Password

Link: Register

Essentially, I want these items to be displayed in the box if the user is not authenticated. If they are authenticated, I would like it to resemble:

You are logged in as:

NAME OF USER

Link: Access Customer Portal

Link: Edit Profile

Link: Logout

What I want:

Allow anonymous access to all pages except customer portal pages. Allow person to login at any page. Allow person to auto-register and be emailed a random password. If possible, I'l like to do some sort of email verification (they click a link to validate).

I can provide a copy of my existing pages. Basically, I just need someone to help me get this off the ground. Once I can see how it works, I can probably take it from here. I can only afford to pay up to $65 for this work....I know that everyone's work is worth well more than that, but I can't afford anymore right now.

## Deliverables

1) Modification of my existing page to accomodate the new function as described above.

2) Documentation or well-commented code so I can figure out what's happening.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

These pages will be served from IIS 6 in Windows 2K3.
