FronT/Back office to a web company

OK this is a backoffice that Runs my bussiness.

I need a solution where I can manage all my custumors.

NOTE: my main whay of payment recieved is OFFLINE payments and i deal with hosting shells porpvider resselers game servers, and, so that is the reason I don´t take a prebuilt billing system like modern bill)

Parts of the backoffice:

Cuppon feature.

Custumor area:

custumor see there services, orders and payments, send a scan of a payment (upload a image wher shows that he payed) check for "when is due to pay, ammount" list extras per service (can be DB mail Private IP,) can be free of carge or with a fee. List of past payements.

admin area:

Multi user; multi premissions IE(i acess all others only read oor not see the contablist side)

Listing of clients, services orders with as much detail as possible

Filters to find who is on server 1 or on server 4 or all the custumors that have plan/service A or service B, all that have a extra feature ie: IP private.

Place where i can add edit all the plan I have

NOte i need set up this with multi servers

mail: send mail to client when he order a service with the payment detail (like a bank tranfer, or how to pay trought payapl) IR make automatic with paypal.

Send a mail when the service is been about exipire -15 -7 -3 days, mail when is been expired (on the day) and when is been erase (+5 days)

Possiblity of make a order be a service (send a mail of welcome) diferent servers diferent variables logins and passwords

ie: cpanel diferent of helm

some module contablitic (like what are likely to be the revenue with the next time renues) how much each plan is give me how much i am getting per month per server per plan) that is a MUST not necessary but good thing

## Deliverables

Mysql with php otr asp with sql i perfer MYsql with php but not discard asp.
