WSS Site Definition (Target Costing Analytics)

Site Definition Project Technologies Used: Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, ASP.Net 2.0, SQL Server 2005 Phase 1 Purpose of this Phase: -Develop the UI outline for the WSS site -Implement Navigation -Prepare the UI outline for Authentication and Authorization 1. Simplify the Master Page - disable some of the default controls 2. Navigation: Add 5 Horizontal Tabs 3. Develop 2 very simple Application Pages so that they can contain Web Parts 4. Deploy to a web server using a Solution Package - a loaded server will be made available Phase 2 Purpose of this Phase: -Implement Authentication and Authorization -Implement Branding -Ensure the web application is accessible via the internet 1. Authentication and Authorization - use Forms Authentication for 2 roles 2. Branding - The colors and icons will be provided 3. Deploy to a web server using a Solution Package - a loaded server will be made available ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. A fully loaded development/testing server is available with remote desktop control during this project.
