Looking for a competent programmer to implement T9 predictive text input on Windows Powered Smartphone. This bid is on English language only. The T9 engine API will be provided in pure ANSI-C source code or other format suitable to both parties. At the core the engine returns partial english words for any given digit string. Example: 4 --> i, h, g 42 --> he, if, id, ie, ge, gd 425 --> gel, hel, idl 4255 --> hell, gell 42556 --> hello Personalization (adding words into T9 dictionary) is also supported by the engine. The T9 UI to be implemented will be the same as what on any Nokia (or any other T9-enabled major brand) phone released in the past year or two. Further info about T9 predictive text input can be found at http://www.t9.com. You can also get more info from any mobile phone user manual. Further info about Windows Powered Smartphone, including developers kit downloading, can be found at [url removed, login to view] We need to see a simple PC mock-up/demo (in any language) before accepting any bid. This is to make sure that we share the same understanding about the requirements. Please understand that we have very tough memory and speed requirements on the final delivable, simply because this is to be on embedded platforms with very small memory size and very low CPU clock speed (compared to desktop PC). Phone is not PC! We are talking about low kilobytes and 10s MHz. We need full documentation and densely commented source code.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

Microsoft Windows Powered Smartphone, and its siblings.
