C++ function to convert numbers to words

I need a simple c++ function to convert an integer to words.
string words=number2words(number);
It should accept anything from 0 to 999999999, and the return type should be a C++ style string (not a character array).
So for example, 2489991 would return:
"Two Million Four Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety One"
It's not supposed to be a class, just a simple function with good comments. I know it is a very simple task, I just haven't got the time right now and I need it in my project.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
