HTML to Thumbnail Conversion

This project involves creating a command-line-interface program that will take a URL parameter and create a thumbnail image in the JPEG format based upon the URL parameter given. The program will take five parameters: 1. Fully qualified URL from which to generate the thumb. 2. Desired name of the generated thumbnail image. 3. Interpreted screen resolution in the format: widthXheight. For example: 640X480, 800X600, etc. 4. Thumbnail image dimensions in the format: widthXheight. For example: 160X120, etc. The aspect ratios of parameters 3 and 4 will always be the same. 5. Level of optimization. 1 denotes the lowest quality. 10 denotes the highest quality. ## Deliverables 1. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2. Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a. For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. Precise installation instructions, including but not limited to requisite libraries or other server components, is part of the required deliverables. 3. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES 3.0 and above.
