Outlook message rule

I need a custom Outlook 2002 email rule created. Once all the standard rules have been adhered to 'rules wizard' then this custom rule should come into effect. The process should be as follows: The rule should look into the 'subject' of the email for a 'to' email address recipient. The rule should also apply to the above a domain that has been pre-set as standard in a txt file or somewhere where the rule can refer to. The email should be sent, and the content ie attachments should be left as the email first came in. An example would be as follows: *Please look at attachment as there are 'email examples' and the system wouldn't let the bid be posted because it thinks that there's contact details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows
